This is semi-homemade. S wanted some cheesecake and when we saw these mini cheesecake crusts, i thought to myself...alright, this will save us some effort and time. it was very easy even your little ones can make them, with a little help in the mixing part, of course. for the filling, we also simply followed the recipe on the cream cheese box. how hard can that be? and the best part of it all? it is creamy-licious good! just the perfect texture and sweetness.
and yes, another ♥♥♥♥♥ out of ♥♥♥♥♥ from dad!:) thanks to S!:)
