This variation proved to be as delicious as the original more meaty Kare-Kare. With just a little of everything, it also turned out to be easy on the pocket too with some mussels, baby scallops, shrimps and squids. Add to that some veggies like string beans [french beans on this case] and eggplants [cabbage too if you have, we don't hee!], peanut sauce plus bagoong [shrimp paste] and that nutty and creamy stew dish was achieved.
Dad cooks. Mom says ♥♥♥♥ out of ♥♥♥♥♥, just perfect tastewise! one less for a not so pretty looking bowl as it turned out. not sure if it was the photo or the plating itself, hah!...An entry to
