Everyone would agree that this is the best time to invest on a property. Personally speaking, if I have the means I will be getting all excited about getting our very first house here in the United States although it is still a bit high here compared to other states such as Texas. That is where one can find the lowest rate available, so they say. If only we have the chance to relocate there but if you happen to be in the area, check out Austin TX Real Estate. They boast of experts who are duly licensed by the state and they do business to be a certified Austin real estate agents. They are sure to help you select the appropriate property that matches your needs and requirements.

Ruby Tuesday: berry beer and winter berries

raspberry-beer
…this may be part 3 of my thanksgiving posts as this recent find was consumed during that special dinner we had with cousins who came over from New York to spend the holidays with us here in Mass. M has been boasting about the various beers available here from local to imported brews.  so we had to try out a new one again for this occasion. This WILD BLUE is actually blueberry flavored lager that has been colored with fruit juice. Hence the reddish hue as compared to a typical beer which is pale yellowy/orangey tinted.
Lager is one of 2 types of beers and is the more popular, the other being ale. Lager is said to be stored for at least three weeks before being served.[source:Wiki]
Now I am getting confused as it is also marked as ‘flavored ale’ on the side label. hmmm…any input?…i love that it has a  sparkling taste, more of a sparkling wine than beer in fact…but also a bit weird with the idea that it is beer not wine i am drinking…does that make sense? heehee!

winter-berry
…now these are my favorite still life subjects in photography during this time of year. the contrasting colors of the berries against the white snow is just so mesmerizing. taken just last Saturday on our first taste of snow for the season and naturally i was as excited as the kids to go out and play…me behind the lens.
…an entry for RT-berries
