		<description>From what I&#039;ve heard about General Tso is that this dish was invented in Taiwan from a chef who immigrated from China during the tough times. The people kept a lot of the traditions from the mainland. The chef wanted to create a dish that was in honor of the General Tso. However, that dish is not really the general Tso&#039;s chicken as we know it. The current version was adopted when a chef brought it stateside (not sure if it was NY or San Fran) but it was made to suit the American palette.</description>
