Bagoong Fried Rice

bagoong-rice
…this is what M made for lunch one day when we were in Connecticut. Bagoong Fried Rice made from left-over pork adobo, fresh green mangoes and loads of bagoong [anchovy paste] and egg strips a la Thai Fried Rice… and yep it was good! got him a step up for feeding us and the cousins with a delicious comfort food.

Oh! I haven’t tried bagoong fried rice before but I LOVE bagoong sauteed in pork fat (not healthy at all but what the heck, it’s yummy)

    Happy New Year, Ces!
