served last night to our good friends from the ‘hood who were kind enough to come over for some Crepe and salad spread with us on such short notice. let’s just say, it’s my post-birthday bash:)

…this is a classic holiday food, Meat Loaf from our Christmas Noche Buena. too bad i didn’t even get the chance to ask for my mom’s recipe. another comfort food with lots of childhood memories to be cherished forever…this on the other hand was a to-go cooked by one of my cousins from Connecticut. still delicious and up until this day, i still have a few slices left which i will eat for lunch in a few minutes!:]…
For LaPiS, it’s all about ‘pangat’ as we call it…a jargon of sorts for ‘pangatlo’, for the nth time, recycled…LEFT-OVER food! tends to be tastier eaten this way! though there is that guilt feeling and a desire for me to grab some acne treatment after eating all those oily stuff! lol!
