A couple or so more months from now and summer is here once again. Last year was spent mostly for my family’s visit. Trips here and there and shopping everywhere! There wasn’t really an opportunity for the kids to attend those much anticipated summer camps. It would be nice if they can get a taste of different activities, particularly physical and recreational activities. Imagine a summer of bugs, tag, water sports or even skiing! A full 10 or even 20 or so days of discovery and training is something that they need at this point instead of sitting in front of the television or the computer the whole day every single day again.
I envy those who are pregnant nowadays. You know why? They have all the great options in the world to wear pretty and hip baby doll clothes. Unlike my time, when we had no other choice but to wear those not so stylish swingy types alone, which do not do much justice to someone’s bulging [...]
I envy those who are pregnant nowadays. You know why? They have all the great options in the world to wear pretty and hip baby doll clothes. Unlike my time, when we had no other choice but to wear those not so stylish swingy types alone, which do not do much justice to someone’s bulging body. But times have definitely changed…speaking of fashion maternity clothes, that is. Looking at these funky styles sometimes make me want to get pregnant again! What’s more fascinating is that we can now save money on outfits in the long run because fashionable as they are, these preggy look outfits can be worn even after giving birth.

S, my daughter is already on her stepping up year on to Middle School and we can definitely feel it as the curriculum is getting more difficult now. Even with her homework, I myself will attest to the fact that some subjects and questions can make my head spin at times! This brings me to the question, does she need any extra help to better her Study skills? Maybe, maybe not. But this tutoring from professionals are a big help whether she does or not in establishing good practices throughout years of education. For those who think your children needs some academic help, this will show you how helpful and quick your kids can establish the right study skills and in the end it leads to a more successful and productive study routine.
…last friday night was the kid’s school Luau Dance and we all know how colorful these parties can get. it is a great way to show you some GREENS as this is Ruby Tuesday’s selected shade this week for it coincides with St. Patrick’s Day celebration. my son C’s funky and fishy specs and lei [...]

my daughter S on the other hand is wearing a very colorful flower headband and grass skirt in the same color combination…with bits and pieces of the shade…

..oh i just hate it! in the middle of all the things i have to think of and prioritize right now, this is what i have to deal with! i have been going back and forth to the Registry of Motor Vehicle simply to convert my New York license, to no avail. it turns out i need to take both the written and road test again! i just don’t think that makes sense since I already passed the test previously, only in another state. apparently they do convert but not in my case, a temporary visitor! and i actually have 2 choices…one is to get that TEMP word out of my current license [which has a 100% rate of improbability because i am in fact just a temporary visitor until now] and yes you guessed it right…take the tests again! isn’t that just…$&*#@$#$^$^&!!!!! anyway, i just hope i at least pass it again if not get the perfect score that i had last time!:[ and of course next will be the road test! another #@%#$&^^#@!!!! awwwww! wish me luck, anyways!!!!
my daughter S lost her cellphone a couple of months ago in school, and guess what? it suddenly appeared on the hands of her friend’s sister! apparently it was found inside the younger sister’s backpack. after all these time? 2 or 3 months after? this is the only time she checked her backpack and found [...]
my daughter S lost her cellphone a couple of months ago in school, and guess what? it suddenly appeared on the hands of her friend’s sister! apparently it was found inside the younger sister’s backpack. after all these time? 2 or 3 months after? this is the only time she checked her backpack and found something that did not belong to her? something that we have been looking for. something that we even reported to S’s teacher and the school principal. and sorry to say, to no avail. or is it? i wonder what happens if it was some Audemars Piguet watch that got lost? whew! one thing is for sure though…i am a mother and now i realize what they meant by a mother’s instinct…
