Food Friday: Mango, Cilantro and Tomato Salsa on Tostitos cups

This is one of the Hors d’Oeuvres we had for Media Noche, together with M’s American Adobong Mani [post to follow]. Actually it was almost gone as this is what we snacked on while waiting for the clock to strike 12!

my favorite! i also made salsa for noche buena but no mangoa–just tomatoes, onions and cilantro.

This is such an awesome salsa!!! We love to toss in a million tons of garlic, ginger, red onions and black beans. It’s amazing over grilled meats too. You hit the nail on the head.

I love salsa with chips but if there’s a cheese dip in sight, I’m sure to gravitate to the cheese!
