After our short 5 year stint working for the design company Amedeo Development Corporation, owned by the royal family of Brunei, I have personally developed a special affinity for up-scale and higher-end construction materials most especially for the interiors of the house. As home-owners, you should not only consider having a well-designed and cozy bathroom and kitchen but keep in mind the possibility of a quick resell in the future.
