One of the many factors that makes a good property sale is a beautiful, clean and well maintained bathroom. This among others is what makes a good deal.  As a previous house owner and seller myself, add to that having a build and sell business back in the Philippines,  I can attest to the fact that the bathroom is one of the first areas that a possible buyer would ask about and would like to see.  Whether the house is newly built like how we used to do it or not so brand new,  the condition of this very important wet area should be put into top priority.  This is why the design and the selection of quality bathroom fixtures and accessories where all these should take off, most especially the  choice of bath tubs is comparable to the icing on a cake! Now you don’t have to sacrifice that when there are discount claw foot tubs out in the market, right? I will definitely grab this opportunity when in exchange for that spending a little bit more, you would feel like a princess or queen for that matter whenever you take a warm, luscious bath!

Now let’s talk about extension.  If you are thinking of doing a make-over, or maybe you are faced with a growing family, that you are in a  state of making the bathroom big, I propose you add on your list of consideration those  quality walk-in tubs to give your bathroom that much needed face lift to a more modern take on the ultimate bathroom redoux. Whether you choose one that is supposed to be built-in to the corner of the bathroom and save space or a freestanding model, if you have the luxury of extra square footage…the decision is all yours, but remember quality makes the sale or future resell.
