LaPiS is on its 26th week and our take is on food with lots-a-lots-a SAUCE!
less than 20 days til Christmas so i am assuming we will all be very very busy…my way of saying, that’s about it for the week’s announcement! hahahaha! what is this? i am calling it M’s Minestrone topped with grilled basil and croutons! i might post the recipe over my other website, if you are interested…

I still haven’t tasted the minestrone, but I am sure, this dish will surely take the cold feeling brought about the weather.

yes basil can do magic to most soup.. but have not tried this on minestrone

First time I’ve heard of grilled basil…but the soup looks delish nonetheless…and perfect for those crisp and chilly winter mornings! :)
