maki night

just one of those nights when M had the urge to prepare Japanese-inspired dinner. this crab, cucumber and avocado sushi is just one of them. and since the kids don’t actually eat those food inside it, he also made another batch with just plane sushi rice wrapped and rolled in nori. all gone in one sitting! ours and theirs!:]

I just bought ingredients plus sushi mat last week. Planning to do my first ever maki… don’t know what to put inside, don’t think the boys would like avocado and cucumber. What do you suggest?
