I bought a humongous sized tub of oatmeal since we learned how to make our own bread in the house and oatmeal is one of the key ingredients that is required for making…well waddayaknow! oatmeal bread! Aside from the fact that serving this in the morning for the kids is one of the easiest and quickest thing to rescue an addicted-to-blogging-can’t-wait-to-sit-in-front-of-the-laptop mom like me, S my daughter had an inkling to make OATMEAL COOKIES for a long time now. So she finally did…with a little help from mom.And a little booboo too by, yes..me again, when 1/2 tsp. of salt accidentally became 1/2 T! Ahhhh, salty! Just a little bit…still edible, no worries and pretty! dwelling on the aesthetics more on the taste..shhhh! that’s our little secret, okay?
