once i had a baby girl
funny how time flies so fast. ten years ago, i was way younger. haha! no, i have given birth to our very first child, S. i can still remember all the excitement not only by us parents, but the whole clan because she is the very first ‘apo’ [grandchild] on both sides. and now…now! she’s par-taying! it’s Halloween season and so it’s a Halloween party! silly me how i wanted her to look her best as i tried to put on some make-up on her i was so into it that i might have layered her face with too much colors and lines that she hated it! well, it’s not hideous…please don’t get me wrong but it only goes to show that she is indeed a little more conservative than her mom:] which is a good sign, right? she has her own fashion sense. that i now realize. she’s not the type who wants plain and simple either, but it’s a somewhat giddy feeling to know that i have a little girl who is growing up so fast! and now has a mind of her own….huhuhuhu! :]
