Online Banking

Authored by Leandro Delgado

Living in a very small town, we have limited options when it comes to our banking needs. We basically use the same bank in town that my family has been using for generations, and while I love the service they provide and would never bank anywhere else, I am a little tired of driving to the bank anytime I need to move money around or get a cashier’s check. It’s not exactly a short drive, and I don’t have a ton of extra time in my day as it is. Recently, our bank debuted online banking. It was a pretty big deal, considering the fact that 95% of our town doesn’t even have internet access. Turns out we have limited options for internet service providers as well as banks. Brilliantly, our bank recommended that everyone check out Satellite Internet Lake Havasu City. Many of us were able to obtain satellite internet, enabling us to do a lot of our checking online! It’s a win-win—most of our banking can be handled without making a long drive; for those transactions that do require us to visit the bank, we’ve been greeted by significantly shorter lines! I guess more people hate going to the bank than I thought; it looks like most of us are choosing to go the online route now.
