I’ve always wanted to go to Canada and I look forward to staying in apartments for rent in Calgary, Vancouver or Toronto. For me, Canada is the best country to live in as said by many reviews. They say that it is very safe and peaceful with superior standards and benefits on education and medical. This is why it is part of our plan to try and take a visit sometime soon and see the greatness of the place for ourselves. I will definitely include Toronto and Vancouver in my list as these two are very much known for its highly diversified cultures, languages, food and arts. Given that, the fear for discrimination is expected to be a lot less. Those two cities are also the hubs for business and employment. Both attract investors due to the size of their economies, their projected future prosperity, cost of living and quality of life. Toronto is even considered as to be lying at the economic heart of one of the world’s wealthiest countries, projected to keep humming through 2020.
Another province of Canada that I want to visit is Alberta and specifically in the city of Calgary. This city is known for the Calgary Stampede and the Rocky Mountains. It is like having a vacation resort right at your doorstep. Calgary has the Eau Claire Market, the city’s one of a kind shopping and entertainment destination. Specialty stores offer unique gift items, original fashions and got-to-have-it works of art. Nearby is Calgary’s China town while Calgary’s premier Olympic venue is a must see attraction for all ages. So once I get the chance, I will definitely be adding Calgary, Alberta to my family’s list of places to go to and stay in for a more enjoyable and practical stay!

Thank God on sparing everyone in East Coast for further damages by the recent hurricane turned tropical storm Irene! However, Hurricane Irene still ravaged through 10 states on the East Coast and left countless communities from North Carolina to New Jersey damaged. It resulted to uprooted trees, destroyed power lines and caused massive flooding from its major downpour. Estimates from international news stated an amount of almost $1 billion by wind damage alone. The cleaning up process is expected to take weeks or even months based from an assessment done starting last Sunday.

it’s her birthday and she’s a new found good friend! happy birthday Glo and i’m positive there will be many many more blessings and bagelya’s to come!!! hahaha! that’s because of her good heart. not just to us her friends and her family, but also to those who are less fortunate. in so many ways she is indeed full of heart…HUGE! i can tell in the measly 2 months not even, that i’ve known her personally not counting our IG exchanges for months… now she has started a good cause for someone who has cancer at a very young age … his name is MIO. so in celebration of her birthday [of course i was tempted to add the numbers, but those are merely numbers!..period. lol!], here comes the fun part…

By this time, everybody knows Teddy or better known as Dr. Teddy Altman, the attending cardiothoracic surgeon at Seattle Grace Mercy West Hospital, who is the ex of Dr. Owen Hunt, the love interest of Cristina Yang. Teddy, played by Kim Raver, plays an important role on bringing tension between Owen and Cristina. She first came when Owen asked her to because Cristina really needed a good cardiothoracic surgeon to mentor her. The tension began when Cristina discovered that Teddy had feelings for Owen. Owen wasn’t sure of his feelings toward Teddy, but ultimately chose to be with Cristina. But Teddy remained cool and mature enough to continue being a doctor in the same hospital despite the growing tension between her and Cristina.
The character’s coolness was made even more believable with the choice of clothes and styling that the show portrayed on Teddy’s character. I could still remember her bringing in and using the hip and trendy designs of her scrub hats, a true Teddy trademark. A trivia shared on the net stated that Teddy’s scrub bird design meant something relevant to her and her best friend. This was later on revealed by Owen to mean that Teddy’s best friend loved birds who died during the collapse of the second tower. All other scrubs set designs in the show represented each of the character’s personality. Wouldn’t it be fun to have the opportunity to actually be in a scrub suit even for just a day?
