made with white cheddar, romano, parmesan and Neufchatel cheeses, with fresh eggs and then baked with sweet French pastry dough.
..truly a heart-warming kind-a-stuff! perfect for breakfast or brunch, even snacks.  with just the right tinge of sweetness from the pastry, you would want another serving or two.  you can say that i may have had enough of the bagels there for now.  the reason why i had this a few days ago.  and i’m glad i did:]

This is the best thing they have ever made. I love the food here but the souffle OMG they are awesome.
