pesto fries
…i made some french fries yesterday for the kids after school. coincidentally, i have some prepared pesto sauce lying on the kitchen counter from my orzo lunch. i suddenly had an inkling to dip some fries in the sauce. guess what? not bad! let’s just say it’s another italian version of the common french fries. i find it appealing that it brought about a sense of satisfaction to my craving palate for something out of the ordinary like these plain potato chips. not so plain anymore! not bad, at all.
