Weekend Snapshot: thanksgiving, the aftermath part 2
i have talked about our thanksgiving dinner a while back and this is the second installment. heehee. i don’t know why but the turkey last year that we prepared didn’t get into being posted here in my website. maybe because the photo wasn’t worth sharing? hmmm, the shots i took this time of the turkey alone aren’t as spectacular so i guess that’s the reason! this is by far the most decent one i’ve got:] so bear with me, ok? anyway, the soup and the turkey were done by M. in fact he was the assigned chef for the thanksgiving dinner. as i have mentioned i only made the dessert. we finally gave in and bought turkey instead of the planned chicken which costs around the same! geesh!
…and this is the tastiest turkey we’ve ever had. M used his baked chicken recipe and made his own stuffing with bread, corn, dried cranberry. now, it is HIS job to make the turkey every year!

I’ve always wanted to eat stuffed turkey… we can buy those in the grocery here but it just looks so huge… good enough to feed a hundred people… we also don’t know how to prepare it… Pinky will kill me if I tell her to do that…hehehe!
